TLE7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,708 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AIFM1, TACC3, and CCNA2. Each is linked with TLE7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE7-to-partner and partner-to-TLE7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE7 versus AIFM1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
