TLE5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,840 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNA11, PIN1, and TOP2A_S1377. Each is linked with TLE5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE5-to-partner and partner-to-TLE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE5 versus GNA11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
