Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLE5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLE5 data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TLE5 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLE5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

STAD, UCEC, and UVM are the cancer types where TLE5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
