Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOPBP1, UNG_S23, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with TIPIN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPIN-to-partner and partner-to-TIPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN versus TOPBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
