Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,889 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-197P, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with TIPIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPIN-to-partner and partner-to-TIPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by TIPIN-low versus TIPIN-high in UCEC.
