TIGAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CA, TP53, and XIRP2. Each is linked with TIGAR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGAR-to-partner and partner-to-TIGAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIK3CA grouped by TIGAR-low versus TIGAR-high in LGG.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
