THEM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL391P, IFNL2, and VTRNA1-1. Each is linked with THEM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM6-to-partner and partner-to-THEM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL391P grouped by THEM6-low versus THEM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
