THEM6

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, THEM6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated THEM6 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher THEM6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THEM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UVM, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where THEM6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
