TFF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY16P, MIR6075, and RN7SL301P. Each is linked with TFF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF3-to-partner and partner-to-TFF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY16P grouped by TFF3-low versus TFF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
