TEX51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX51-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-ND6, ACTN1, and SPEG. Each is linked with TEX51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX51-to-partner and partner-to-TEX51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT-ND6 grouped by TEX51-low versus TEX51-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX51→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
