Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-15P, RPL17P35, and RN7SKP43. Each is linked with TEX36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX36-to-partner and partner-to-TEX36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-15P grouped by TEX36-low versus TEX36-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
