TEX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P8, AARS1, and RORA-AS2. Each is linked with TEX11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX11-to-partner and partner-to-TEX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P8 grouped by TEX11-low versus TEX11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
