Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEX11 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TEX11 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where TEX11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
