TEX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C7, OR2L8, and KLHDC7B. Each is linked with TEX11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX11-to-partner and partner-to-TEX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C7 grouped by TEX11-low versus TEX11-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
