TEN1-CDK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEN1-CDK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEN1-CDK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, COIL, and SF3B1. Each is linked with TEN1-CDK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEN1-CDK3-to-partner and partner-to-TEN1-CDK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEN1-CDK3 versus LIG3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEN1-CDK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEN1-CDK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
