Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEN1-CDK3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEN1-CDK3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TEN1-CDK3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEN1-CDK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where TEN1-CDK3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
