TEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,442 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAMP5, NCL, and ARPC5_S77. Each is linked with TEC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEC-to-partner and partner-to-TEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEC versus VAMP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
