TDRKH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRKH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,084 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRKH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP416, CDKN2AIPNLP3, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with TDRKH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRKH-to-partner and partner-to-TDRKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP416 grouped by TDRKH-low versus TDRKH-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
