Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CDKN2AIPNLP3 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CDKN2AIPNLP3 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CDKN2AIPNLP3 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, CDKN2AIPNLP3 RNA expression shows 5,486 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight OV, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where CDKN2AIPNLP3 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
