GTSE1 divergent transcriptGenealiases: CN5H6.4 · GTSE1-AS1 · LL22NC03-5H6.6

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored GTSE1-DT profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. GTSE1-DT expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, GTSE1-DT is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, GTSE1-DT RNA expression shows 17,719 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, THCA, and ACC as cancer lineages where GTSE1-DT shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes GTSE1-DT survival associations across molecular data types. GTSE1-DT RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible GTSE1-DT RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High GTSE1-DT expression shows unfavorable associations in LIHC and ACC, but favorable associations in UCEC, HNSC, PAAD and UVM. The UCEC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify UCEC as the clearest survival context for GTSE1-DT RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for GTSE1-DT. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. GTSE1-DT shows lower tumor expression in THCA, KIRC and KIRP and higher tumor expression in LIHC, HNSC and LUSC. The THCA box plot shows higher GTSE1-DT RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −1.087, t-test p < 0.001).
