TCP10L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,380 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP298-TCP10L, LYG1, and RABL2A. Each is linked with TCP10L in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP10L versus CFAP298-TCP10L in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP10L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP10L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
