Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,393 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNL1, TICRR, and LNPK. Each is linked with TBRG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBRG4-to-partner and partner-to-TBRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KNL1 grouped by TBRG4-low versus TBRG4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
