TBCC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01256, MIR586, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with TBCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCC-to-partner and partner-to-TBCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01256 grouped by TBCC-low versus TBCC-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
