TBCB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,879 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP8, UBA2, and ZNF566. Each is linked with TBCB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCB-to-partner and partner-to-TBCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCB versus THAP8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
