TAS2R30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R30-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR32, GPR148, and RNU6-263P. Each is linked with TAS2R30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R30-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR32 grouped by TAS2R30-low versus TAS2R30-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
