Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-263P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-263P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-263P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-263P RNA expression shows 6,187 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-263P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
