TAS1R3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP14C, SMIM17, and RBM15. Each is linked with TAS1R3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R3-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP14C grouped by TAS1R3-low versus TAS1R3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
