TALDO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TALDO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TALDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HARS2, MTCO2P9, and RNU6-42P. Each is linked with TALDO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TALDO1-to-partner and partner-to-TALDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HARS2 grouped by TALDO1-low versus TALDO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TALDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TALDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
