Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAAR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, RNA5SP143, and CCT8. Each is linked with TAAR5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR5-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by TAAR5-low versus TAAR5-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
