Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNY4P14 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNY4P14 expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNY4P14 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNY4P14 RNA expression shows 5,574 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Together, these results highlight CESC, BRCA, and OV as cancer lineages where RNY4P14 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
