SYT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPH3, LINC00588, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with SYT13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT13-to-partner and partner-to-SYT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPH3 grouped by SYT13-low versus SYT13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
