SUZ12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with SUZ12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUZ12 versus SMC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
