STRAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP41, MIR6893, and MIR1283-1. Each is linked with STRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRAP-to-partner and partner-to-STRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP41 grouped by STRAP-low versus STRAP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
