Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-604P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-604P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-604P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-604P RNA expression shows 6,059 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, BRCA, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-604P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
