STRA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLXDC1, ILRUN, and SNORD114-2. Each is linked with STRA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA8-to-partner and partner-to-STRA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRA8 versus PLXDC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
