Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, PABPC1L2B-AS1, and TYW3. Each is linked with STAT5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5A-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by STAT5A-low versus STAT5A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
