Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PABPC1L2B-AS1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PABPC1L2B-AS1 expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PABPC1L2B-AS1 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, PABPC1L2B-AS1 RNA expression shows 4,790 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Together, these results highlight KIRC, PRAD, and LGG as cancer lineages where PABPC1L2B-AS1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
