STAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,735 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5B, RELL1, and BCL9L. Each is linked with STAT3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT3-to-partner and partner-to-STAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT3 versus STAT5B in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
