STAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT3_Y705, MNDA, and C1S. Each is linked with STAT3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT3-to-partner and partner-to-STAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT3 versus STAT3_Y705 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
