STAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 567 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, FOXE3, and OXT. Each is linked with STAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT3-to-partner and partner-to-STAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by STAT3-low versus STAT3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
