ST8SIA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST8SIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,816 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST8SIA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK2, LIMD2, and MICAL1. Each is linked with ST8SIA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST8SIA1-to-partner and partner-to-ST8SIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST8SIA1 versus DOK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST8SIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST8SIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
