ST7-OT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7-OT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,559 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST7-OT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA25, STAG3L2, and ST7. Each is linked with ST7-OT4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-OT4-to-partner and partner-to-ST7-OT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7-OT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7-OT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
