Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST7-OT4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ST7-OT4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ST7-OT4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST7-OT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and CHOL show a favorable association.

BLCA, CESC, and ACC are the cancer types where ST7-OT4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
