ST7-OT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7-OT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,505 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST7-OT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL24, RPL7, and SALL2. Each is linked with ST7-OT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-OT4-to-partner and partner-to-ST7-OT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7-OT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7-OT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
