SRSF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEGR1-IT1, TRAJ11, and RNU6-131P. Each is linked with SRSF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF4-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEGR1-IT1 grouped by SRSF4-low versus SRSF4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
