RNA5SP163 expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP163 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in CHOL. Additionally, RNA5SP163 RNA expression shows 6,629 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, CHOL, and LIHC as cancer lineages where RNA5SP163 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
