SRSF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML2, MCM7, and TRAIP. Each is linked with SRSF12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF12-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF12 versus SCML2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
