SRRT

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, TRRAP, and XPO1. Each is linked with SRRT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRT-to-partner and partner-to-SRRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRT versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
