SRRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01810, TRIM64EP, and LINC02563. Each is linked with SRRT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRT-to-partner and partner-to-SRRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01810 grouped by SRRT-low versus SRRT-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
