Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTBN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,351 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTBN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PODN, MAN1C1, and ZDHHC5. Each is linked with SPTBN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN5-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTBN5 versus PODN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTBN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTBN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
